Q1 was no less eventful. Aleix Espargaro went down at Turn 1, while Alex Marquez crashed during his final flying lap. Johann Zarco topped the session with a time of 1:29.995, and Raul Fernandez advanced with him to Q2. Once there, the drama continued. Marc Marquez and Enea Bastianini both crashed early on, as Martin continued his blistering pace. As the final run approached, reigning champion Francesco Bagnaia had yet to post a time due to yellow flags. Marc Marquez suffered a second crash in the session, while Bagnaia and Acosta secured spots on the front row. Bezzecchi, though, crashed in the final sector but recovered to set a stunning lap.

Zarco will lead the third row in seventh place. His first run was strong enough to put him ahead of Fabio Di Giannantonio, who qualified eighth. Franco Morbidelli completes the row in ninth after struggling to find more pace.
Further down, Marc Marquez will start 12th after a challenging session, leaving him with plenty to do in the sprint and main race. Brad Binder will line up in 19th after rear brake issues prevented him from improving his Q1 time.
