The annual MotoGP Official Test has concluded, with Francesco Bagnaia leading the pack by breaking into the 1:30 bracket. The Italian rider posted a time of 1:30.619, outpacing Franco Morbidelli and teammate Enea Bastianini, who rounded out the top three.

Here’s a summary of all the action from Misano:

Ducati Lenovo Team
Ducati maintained its dominance, but there was no rest for the Italian manufacturer. Bagnaia worked tirelessly, testing new components. Meanwhile, Bastianini finished a solid third, though he didn’t have significant new parts to test ahead of his departure from the factory team.

Prima Pramac Racing
Morbidelli, riding for Pramac, logged over 40 laps and secured second place late in the session, while his teammate Jorge Martin ended the test in sixth, with limited new items to try.

Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team
Marco Bezzecchi didn’t have many new parts to test, but he still had a productive day, finishing eighth. Fabio Di Giannantonio skipped the session to focus on recovering from a shoulder injury.

Gresini Racing
Marc Marquez impressed by finishing seventh, ahead of his brother Alex Marquez, who ended the day in 12th.

Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP
Yamaha came to the test with several updates, including a new engine and chassis. Having tested parts privately throughout the season, the factory used the day to compare improvements. Fabio Quartararo showed strong pace, finishing fifth after a late push, while his teammate Alex Rins ended the session in 16th.

Red Bull KTM Factory Racing
Brad Binder spent the day testing an experimental machine, previously ridden by Pol Espargaro in wildcard appearances. The bike featured a different engine, exhaust, and aero package, with Binder finishing 11th. Daniel Pedrosa took over Jack Miller’s side of the garage and placed 13th, while Miller participated only in the afternoon session, finishing 15th.

Red Bull GASGAS Tech3
Pedro Acosta impressed with his pace, finishing fourth. One of his bikes featured a new tail unit and exhaust, and he also tested an experimental machine like Binder. Augusto Fernandez split the day with Miller and ended up in 20th.

Aprilia Racing
Aprilia had a busy day, with Aleix Espargaro and Maverick Viñales focusing on their setups ahead of the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix. Viñales finished ninth, while Espargaro came in 14th. Both riders are set to leave Aprilia at the end of the season, with Lorenzo Savadori now handling most of the development work for the 2025 package.

Trackhouse Racing
Raul Fernandez tested both the RS-GP23 and RS-GP24 machines, finishing 11th. His teammate Miguel Oliveira completed a solid number of laps, placing 17th.

Repsol Honda Team
Honda attracted significant attention during the test. Joan Mir and Luca Marini returned to action after illness. Mir had three bikes, including one of Stefan Bradl’s wildcard entries, and finished 22nd, just behind Marini in 21st. Bradl tested a new swingarm and ended up 24th, sitting out the afternoon session.

LCR Honda
Johann Zarco tested a new side fairing in the morning and expressed optimism about the improvements, contrasting with Mir’s more critical perspective. Takaaki Nakagami was spotted with carbon fiber parts as Honda worked to close the gap to the top ten.

In conclusion, the Misano test provided valuable insights for manufacturers as they look to refine their setups and develop new components for the final races of the season. With standout performances from Bagnaia, Morbidelli, and Bastianini, and several riders testing experimental machinery, the stage is set for an exciting end of the MotoGP season.
