Under the lights of the Nusah Inda Theater in Jakarta, Indonesia, the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team revealed their brand-new 2025 livery, captivating an audience of over 600 fans. Its design screams speed, heritage, and unmistakable flair, as the mix of bright yellow takes center stage once again, ensuring the team’s presence is as bold as their ambitions for the upcoming season.

This year’s livery, dubbed "Fluo Stream – Act 2," introduces symbolic details that elevate the striking color scheme created by Aldo Drudi and Drudi Performance. The design features the sun and moon motifs on each side – a nod to team owner and racing legend Valentino Rossi’s iconic symbols. At the heart of the design, the numbers 49 and 21 of riders Fabio Di Giannantonio and Franco Morbidelli sit alongside the legendary 46 of "The Doctor" himself.

As a Ducati Factory Supported Team for the first time, the VR46 squad enters 2025 with high hopes and cutting-edge bikes. Di Giannantonio will ride the Desmosedici GP25, the newest and most advanced model. Meanwhile, Morbidelli will pilot the title-winning GP24, bringing a wealth of experience and determination to his debut with the Rossi-owned team.

Diggia’s Determination: A Comeback Story

For Fabio Di Giannantonio, the 2025 season marks an opportunity to solidify his place among the elite. Returning after shoulder surgery in late 2024, the young rider is eager to show his progress:

“It’s amazing to launch the team here in Indonesia. The passion for motorsports is incredible – it’s great to see so many fans cheering for us. The new livery is fantastic, and we’ve added some meaningful details this year. My recovery is going well; I’m at about 85% now, but I’ll be at 100% by the first race. Having Franky as a teammate is exciting – he’s a world champion, and I’m ready to learn from him.”

Morbidelli’s Fresh Start

Franco Morbidelli joins the VR46 team with a deep appreciation for its legacy and a vision for the future. Riding under the shadow of Rossi’s guidance, Morbidelli is keen to make his mark:

“Starting the season in Indonesia feels special. This part of the world is becoming more crucial for motorsports, and the passion here is incredible. Seeing my 21 on the bike alongside the iconic 46 is surreal. The livery is stunning, and the atmosphere in the team is amazing. Riding for Valentino’s team is a dream come true. With Ducati’s support and a great teammate like Fabio, I’m confident we’ll achieve strong results in 2025.”
