The Circuito de Jerez is one of the most iconic tracks on the MotoGP calendar. Located in the rolling hills of Andalusia, this 4.4 km circuit delivers a perfect mix of technical complexity, high-speed sections, and dramatic overtaking opportunities.

Key Sections of the Circuit:

  • Curva Ángel Nieto (Turns 1 and 2):
    A tight opening sequence where riders often set the tone for the rest of the lap. It is chaotic on the first lap, as riders fight for position.
  • Dry Sack (Turn 6):
    One of the most famous corners at Jerez. This is a hard-braking, tight hairpin that creates spectacular overtaking opportunities.
  • Curva Alex Crivillé (Turn 11):

Best Grandstands for Spectators:

  • Grandstand Finish Line (Tribuna de Meta):
    Located along the start/finish straight, this grandstand gives you a front-row view of the race start and the exciting finish. You’ll also enjoy the pre-race energy and the podium ceremony.
  • Grandstand A10 (Dry Sack Corner):
    Positioned at Turn 6, this grandstand offers the best view of one of the most exciting overtaking zones. Highly recommended for fans who love bold braking and daring maneuvers.
  • Grandstands W6, W7, and W1 (Alex Crivillé Corner):
    These grandstands overlook the high-speed Turn 11 and the following technical section. They’re ideal for watching riders push their limits through a flowing and challenging part of the track.
  • Grandstand A10 (Jorge Lorenzo Corner):
    Overlooking the final corner, this grandstand is famous for showcasing late-braking battles to the finish line.

Ticket Information:

Tickets for the 2025 Spanish Grand Prix are available through Tickets.GP. Given the event's popularity, it’s advisable to purchase tickets as soon as possible. As of January 14, 2025, ticket sales have increased by 50% compared to the previous year, and some grandstands are already sold out.

  • By Train:
    • From Seville, take a direct Renfe train to Jerez de la Frontera (about 1 hour).
    • From Jerez train station, taxis and shuttle buses are available to the circuit.
  • By Bus:
    • Local shuttle services run between Jerez city center and the circuit on race days.
  • By Car:
    • The circuit is well-connected via the A-382 highway.
    • Make sure to buy a parking pass in advance to avoid parking far from the circuit.

    • Jerez offers a range of luxury hotels and budget-friendly options.
    • Book early, as hotels fill up quickly for the Grand Prix.
