The memorandum ensures continued backing for the event, solidifying plans for the Czech Republic motorcycle Grand Prix to take place over the next five years. This agreement highlights the collective effort to preserve one of the country's most prestigious motorsport events, promoting regional tourism and reinforcing the circuit’s global significance. It is worth noting that the Czech Republic Grand Prix will make its return to the MotoGP calendar next summer, following a five-year hiatus.

The signing of the memorandum has been met with widespread approval and optimism from all parties involved.

Karel Hubáček, Chairman of the Board of Automotodrom Brno, emphasized the historical significance of the occasion, highlighting the importance of preserving the long-standing tradition of the event.

"Next year, we will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the first World Motorcycle Championship race at the Masaryk Circuit. Today's signing of the memorandum marks another important milestone in this long tradition. We greatly appreciate the joint efforts of all parties involved to ensure long-term support for an event whose significance goes far beyond motorsport. The Czech Republic Grand Prix is a phenomenon with significant societal benefits, and it truly deserves this attention," said the circuit owner in the statement.

Jan Šťovíček, President of the Autoclub of the Czech Republic, expressed his gratitude and enthusiasm for the successful collaboration that led to the return of MotoGP to Brno: "A dream is becoming reality. I would like to thank everyone who helped bring MotoGP back to Brno. We highly value the support of the region, the city, and the National Sports Agency, as well as the excellent approach of the owners of the Brno circuit. Motorsport has a long tradition in the Czech Republic, and, above all, it has fantastic fans. MotoGP is a global event and brings a great boost to the region and the entire country."

The city of Brno has also reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the event. Mayor Markéta Vaňková underscored the importance of MotoGP as a global platform for promoting the city, while also acknowledging the financial investment it entails: "With today's signing of the memorandum, we are making it clear that we are committed to hosting the World Motorcycle Championship. Each year, we will contribute 35 million CZK to organizing the races, which we also see as an investment in promoting the city globally. MotoGP belongs to Brno, and I look forward to the third weekend in July, when the best motorcycle racers will gather at the Masaryk Circuit."
