Formula 1 is kicking off its 75th anniversary season with a special event like no other. On 18 February 2025, all 10 teams will come together at the O2 Arena in London to reveal their 2025 car designs.

The event, called "F1 75," will feature all 20 drivers and team bosses, giving fans a first look at the grid ahead of the season opener in Australia on 16 March. Alongside the car launches, the two-hour show will include interviews and entertainment, promising a unique experience for fans.

Tickets for the event went on sale on 15 November 2024, priced between £58 and £113 but sold out in just 45 minutes as fans rushed to secure their seats. Many even waited online for hours to get a chance. Unfortunately, some tickets quickly appeared on resale websites, with prices soaring to as high as £1,955.

In response, F1 has warned fans not to buy tickets from unofficial resale sites, as these tickets won’t be accepted at the event.

"We are aware that a few tickets for our season launch event at The O2 have been listed on unofficial resale websites," read the official statement.

"We can confirm that this is against the terms and conditions of sale and that any tickets bought through an unofficial resale platform are not valid for entry.

"Working with The O2 we have also identified that a number of the listings are fraudulent. We advise all our fans to only buy tickets through theo2.co.uk or via AXS Official Resale."

The sport has taken a strong stand to protect fans and stop ticket scalpers from taking advantage of the high demand. Unlike some big events, F1 kept its ticket prices fixed, aiming to make the experience fairer for everyone.
